Service Call Information
At Dayton Air Dynamics, we pride ourselves on providing high-quality HVAC maintenance and repair services. Here are the details of our service call rates:
Standard Service Call Rate: Our initial service call is priced at $125 for the first hour. This fee includes a thorough inspection of your HVAC system and diagnostic troubleshooting.
Hourly Rate for Additional Work: Should further work be necessary, additional time is billed at $75 per hour. This allows us to address any issues that may arise during our visit efficiently.
Availability: Our standard service hours are Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. We strive to accommodate your schedule and ensure minimal disruption to your daily routine.
Labor Coverage: Please note that the service call fee covers labor only. The cost of any materials or parts required for repairs or maintenance will be quoted separately. If any additional work is needed, we will provide a clear and detailed quote for your approval before proceeding.
Flexible Payment Options: We understand that HVAC repairs can be unexpected. That’s why we offer flexible payment options tailored to fit your budget and needs. Our goal is to ensure that you receive the best service without financial stress.

Single-Zone Mini-Split System
Labor Cost: Approximately $1,500 to $2,500 for installation.
Additional Zones (Multi-Zone Systems)
Cost for Adding More Zones: Each additional zone typically adds about $1,000 to $1,500 in labor costs.

Payments are due at the time services are rendered. We accept cash, checks, Cash App, Venmo & Paypal.
